Traverse Project revolutionizes the fight against human trafficking utilizing technologies in a new way to map a trafficking network operating out of the Southwest United States.
Under Austin’s leadership, Traverse Project launched a series of resources including digital forensic capabilities and other essential investigative tools for Tribal law enforcement to better assist in finding Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons (MMIP/W). Indigenous women in North America are facing a disproportionate impact from human trafficking
With over 20 years of experience in law enforcement and security, Austin’s fire for justice continues to burn brightly. His work as director of operations for an anti-human trafficking nonprofit under the Tim Tebow Foundation sparked transformative efforts to protect vulnerable communities and inspired his founding of Traverse Project.
A recognized geopolitical security expert on Haiti, Austin’s expertise fueled his role as a special advisor to the Haitian Minister of Justice. His career, forged in the heat of global conflict zones like Somalia, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Haiti, has made him a trailblazer in the field of security and humanitarian efforts.
